Information handled and its purpose

Where information goes
Store-management information is exchanged with the OpenCart store you connect.
The central connection service handles pairing, store connection details, device authorization, and session records. Hosting, email, and notification providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Information stored on your device
The app stores connected-store information, session credentials, and preferences needed to maintain your connection.
Keep your device secure and disconnect stores you no longer manage.
Notifications and uploads
You can manage notification permission through your device settings.
Files selected for upload are sent to the connected store as part of the action you request.
Data controls
You can:
- Disconnect a store from the app.
- Ask the service administrator to revoke device access.
- Disable notifications.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of information held by our connection service.
Security
The service uses authenticated connections and device-session controls. Connected stores should use HTTPS to protect information during transmission.
Retention
Information is retained as needed to operate the service, provide support, and address security or legal requirements. Contact us for deletion requests and details about records retained by the connection service.
