Information we handle

Store connection information: Store name, website address, pairing codes, administrator credentials configured in the management panel, and authentication tokens used to connect the app to your store.

Device and session information: Device identifier, device model, operating system, app version, connection status, and session activity timestamps. Notification tokens are processed when push notifications are enabled.

Store information: Depending on the features you use and your access permissions, the app accesses products, categories, orders, customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, reviews, and sales information.

Uploaded content: Images and other files you choose to upload while managing your store.

Support information: Information you provide when contacting us for assistance.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Connect your device to authorized stores.
• Display and update store information at your request.
• Manage device access, session expiry, and disconnection.
• Deliver enabled notifications.
• Check service availability and app updates.
• Investigate errors and respond to support requests.

Where information is processed

Store-management requests are sent to the connected OpenCart store. The central management service processes store connection details, pairing codes, device sessions, and related service records.

The app stores connection information and preferences on your device.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is processed by the connected store, our hosting and email providers, and notification delivery providers, including Google Firebase Cloud Messaging where enabled.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate unauthorized access and protect the service.

Security

Access is controlled through pairing codes and authenticated sessions. Store administrators can revoke connected-device access.

Use HTTPS for connected stores and keep access codes confidential. No method of transmission or storage provides an absolute guarantee of security.

Retention and deletion

Connection and session records are retained for service operation, security, and support. Some records may remain after a device is disconnected.

You may request deletion of information held by our connection service by contacting us. We may retain records needed for legal obligations, security investigations, or resolving disputes.

Customer and order records held by a connected store are managed by that store. Requests concerning those records should be directed to the store owner.

Your choices

You can disconnect stores, disable notifications through your device settings, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Only connect stores you are authorized to manage.

Children

This app is intended for store owners and authorized staff. It is not directed to children.

External pages

Links opened from the app may lead to external websites. Their information-handling practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
